Meeting Frequency
The GPNLG meets at least four times a year, face to face, and monthly via teleconference. Members contribute to the development of the agenda.

GPNLG Terms of Reference
In addition to this site, the GPNLG terms of reference, communication protocols and principles the GPNLP proposes the following communication mechanisms:
- links to work, projects and position statements to be available publicly and on the AGPN website with links to relevant SBO websites
- a standing agenda item which identifies issues by Network members
- a clear process at a state level, lead by each SBO enabling general practice networks prior to each GPNLG meeting to identify potential agenda items of national importance or implication
- communiques following each face to fact meeting to be released to the Network details items of discussion and key decisions made with the AGPN Resource Centre to house the work - policy/position papers/project updates - developed by the GPNLP for the benefit of all Network members
- identification of GPNLG projects promoted to the Network
